1. Create the cutting data. (CorelDRAW 2022)

The procedure described here is for a cutting machine with material already loaded.

Loading the Material
Procedure
  1. Start CorelDRAW.
  2. Create a new file.
  3. Draw the cutting data.
    • When specifying a path as a cutting line, use a line width of 0.001 mm (0.039 mil).
    • Outline paths to express line width, line end shapes, or corner shapes using cutting.
    • Outline text to be used for cutting.
    • Set the line color to any color other than green (R:0 G:255 B:0). Green will be recognized as a perforated cut line.
    • Fill areas will be ignored even if specified.
    MEMO
    • The CutStudio Plug-in for CorelDRAW includes buttons for outlining and offsetting.
    • Keeping the window open makes creating cutting data easier.
    • Click icon_Tool-Pallet to open the CutStudio plug-in window.
    • To view the CutStudio plug-in help, click [Help] from icon_Setting in the CutStudio plug-in window.
  4. Click File - Save.

    The window for saving the file appears.

    Select the folder in which to save the file, enter a file name, and then save the file.
