3. Load transparent media or media with high reflectance in the machine.

Procedure
  1. Set up the media.
    For details on setting up the media, see the "User's Manual, Basic Edition."
  2. Press [MENU].
  3. Press [▼] several times to display the following screen.


  4. Press [▶] once, and then press [▼] several times to display the screen shown below.


  5. Press [▶].
    The cutting carriage moves to the currently set sheet position.
  6. Open the front cover.
  7. Press [◀] or [▶] to move the cutting carriage's base point mark to the right edge of the media.

    MEMO To quit the procedure for setting the position of the right edge of the media
    1. Close the front cover.
    2. Press [▼] to display the screen shown below.


    3. Press [ENTER].

      The cutting carriage returns to the home position.

  8. After positioning, close the front cover.
  9. Press [ENTER] to confirm your entry.
