Four Different Output Methods

The following three output methods are available for this machine.

Print OnlyPrinting using ink. It is called "Print Only" to distinguish from "Printing and Cutting."
Cut OnlyCutting using a blade such as for seal die cutting. It is called "Cut Only" to distinguish from "Printing and Cutting."
Printing and CuttingPrinting method in which printing is followed by cutting. If output data that contains both printing and cutting information is sent to the printer, the cutting operation starts after printing finishes.

You can also use sheet cutting to print on media and then separate it. The media is fed and pulled back to separate it at the desired location. You can also perform sheet cutting at the perforated line to prevent the media from being separated.

Important Points During Use

Use the machine periodically

We recommend using the machine at least once a week. If left unused for a long period of time, the ink may settle, resulting in unstable discharge (and nozzle clogging). Any dry ink will need to be discharged.
