Maintenance of Ink Cartridges (White Ink Only)

The ingredients of white ink have a tendency to separate and settle. Allowing the ink to stand can cause the settled material to harden, resulting in malfunction or other problems.

Before starting the day's operations, take out and shake each ink cartridge 100 times (about 40 seconds) horizontally with a stroke length of around 5 cm (1.97 in.) from each end of the ink cartridge so that the ink mixes well, and then reinsert it.
