Uninstalling the Driver
When uninstalling the driver, perform following operation.
IMPORTANT: If the driver is uninstalled without following the procedure given below, there is a possibility that it might not be able to be re-installed.
Windows 10
Procedure
- Before you start uninstallation of the driver, unplug the USB cables from your computer.
- Log on to Windows as “Administrator” right.
- Right-click the Start menu, and then click Apps and Features.
- Click the driver for the machine to delete to select it, then Click Uninstall.
- A message prompting you to confirm deletion appears. Click Yes.
Windows 8.1
Procedure
- Turn the machine off, and disconnect the cable that is connecting the PC and the machine.
- Start Windows.
- Click Desk top.
- Move the mouse to the lower right corner to display Charm and click Settings.
- On the task bar, click Control Panel , and then Programs and Features.
- Select the machine's driver that you want to uninstall, and then click Uninstall.
- When a message prompting you to confirm that you want to uninstall the driver appears, click Yes.
