Printing with Positioning Jigs (BD-12 Only)

You can minimize horizontal and vertical misalignment during printing by using positioning jigs to secure the object.

Positioning jigs are components that wear out. If you need to purchase new jigs due to your usage situation, contact your authorized dealer.

MEMO

Objects to be printed on with a thickness of 3 mm (0.12 in.) or more should be used.

If the object is less than 3 mm (0.11 in.) thick, the print surface will be lower than the positioning jigs, preventing the height of the object from being set correctly.

Fix the positioning jigs to the flat table as shown in the figure. Pay attention to the following points when attaching the positioning jigs.

  • The positioning jig fixing holes are close to one side of the jig, with the wider side (b) facing the outside of the flat table.
  • Attach the positioning jigs so that the positioning jig fixing hole with the larger diameter (c) is on top.
