Media Loading Error

This error is displayed for one of the following reasons.

• This message appears when opaque media whose width is insufficient is loaded.

  Raise the loading lever, prepare media that are 259 mm (10.2 in.) or more in width, and then set up the media again.

• This message appears when opaque media is caught and loose at the entrance of the dryer.

  Raise the loading lever, remove the cause of the media becoming loose, and then set up the media again.
