Saving the Spot Color Library as a File

When using a created spot color library with VersaWorks on a different computer, or when separately managing spot color libraries that were created but are infrequently used, save the spot color library as a spot color file.
Procedure
  1. From the menu bar, click Edit - Spot Color Settings.
  2. Select the library to be saved.
  3. Click VW7-ICON_SavetoFile.
    The Save As window appears.
  4. Enter a file name and save the file.
    The selected library is saved as a spot color file (.spot).
  5. Click OK.
    You are returned to the main window.
