Combine two TIFF images (CMYK color and grayscale images of the same size) to compose a single job. The grayscale job can be used as a white plate or gloss plate.
Depending on the model you are using, creation of composed jobs may not be possible.
Step 1: Preparing CMYK and Grayscale Print Data

Procedure
Use the design software and create the print data.
Save the CMYK print data.
Color: CMYK
Save format: TIFF
Save the grayscale print data.
Color: Grayscale
Save format: TIFF
MEMOChange only the color and save so that the grayscale print data has the same number of horizontal and vertical pixels as the CMYK data.
Step 2: Composing CMYK Print Data and Grayscale Print Data
Procedure
Add the CMYK and grayscale print data to the job list.
Select two jobs (CMYK and grayscale).
Use one of the methods below to create a composed job.
Right-click the two selected multiple jobs, and then click Compile Jobs - Compose Job.
Click on the right side of the job tool area, and then click Compose Job.
A composed job is created from the two selected jobs. The name Composite Date-Number is assigned to the composed job.
MEMOWhen printing a composed job, specify a mode that includes white or gloss with Quality - Quality Settings - Mode under Job Settings .
