Taking Advantage of TIFF's Extra Channels

Specify Structural, White, Gloss, and other Spot Color to TIFF's extra channels and print. Note that only one Spot Color can be specified.

As an example, this section describes how to specify Structural as an extra channel.

Procedure
  1. Add TIFF print data with extra channels to the job list.
  2. Use one of the methods below to open the Settings window.
    • Double-click the job to set.
    • Right-click the job to set, and then click Edit Design - Settings.
    • With a job selected, click VW7_JobMenu1 on the left side of the job tool area, and then click VW7_Customize Settings.
  3. Click VW7-ICON_Quality Quality.
  4. Select Structural for Composition under Special Channel Composition.
  5. Click OK.
    You are returned to the main window.
