Deleting Printing Settings Files

The number of printing settings files that you can save is not limited, but you can delete any printing settings files that are no longer necessary.
MEMO Default Setting and the printing settings file that is currently in use cannot be deleted.
Procedure
  1. Click VW7_Customize for the queue folder that will be the target for the deletion operation.
    The Queue Properties window appears.
  2. Click VW7_OpenFile or VW7_SaveWithName.
    The Select Printing Settings File or Save Printing Settings File window appears.
  3. Click the printing settings file that you want to delete from the list of printing settings files.
  4. Click VW7_DustBox.
  5. In the delete confirmation window, click OK.
    The printing settings file is deleted.
  6. Click OK.
    The Select Printing Settings File or Save Printing Settings File window closes.
  7. Click OK.
    The Queue Properties window closes.
