Step 2: Configure the Printing Settings of the Job

Flow2 This section explains how to configure settings on the Settings window.

When each setting has already been configured according to Configuring the Queue Folder, there is no need to configure settings at this time.
Procedure
  1. Use one of the methods below to display Settings.
    • Double-click the job to set.
    • Right-click on the job to set, then click Edit Design - Settings.
    • With a job selected, click VW7_JobMenu1 on the left side of the job tool area, and then click VW7_CustomizeSettings.

    The Settings window appears.

  2. Make the necessary changes to the settings.
    You can configure various settings from the icons on the left side.

    Example of settings

    • Layout: Print Properties - Copy
    • Quality: Quality Settings - Media Type
    • Printer Controls: General - Cut Sheet after Output

  3. Click OK.
    You are returned to the main screen from the Settings window.
