Switching the Layout Area Preview Image on the Main Screen

This section explains how to switch the preview image displayed in the layout area.

Procedure
  1. Select the job from the job list.
  2. Click a preview icon at the top of the layout area.
    • VW7_Preview image_one job1: The preview displays only the selected job.
    • VW7_Preview Image_All Jobs1

      With the queue folder selected: The preview displays the jobs in the queue folder.

      With All selected: The preview displays all the jobs in all the queue folders of the selected printer.

      MEMO To display the input folder name for each job, configure the following settings.
      1. Display Preferences (Windows) or Preferences (Mac).
        • Windows: Click Edit - Preferences on the menu bar.
        • Mac: Click VersaWorks7 - Preferences in the menu bar.
      2. Select the Show Queue Identifier in Layout Window checkbox under General - Queue.
