1. Downloading and Installing Roland DG Connect Hub

Procedure
  1. On a new computer, log in to Roland DG Connect.

    MEMO To acquire a new account, click the button for signing up (registering as a new account).
  2. On the sidebar, click Icon_DownloadHub.
  3. Download Roland DG Connect Hub.
    There is a Windows version and a Mac version of Roland DG Connect Hub. Download the version that matches the OS of your computer.
  4. Unpack the contents of the downloaded file, and then double-click the .exe file (Windows) or .pkg file (Mac) in the extracted folder.
    When the [User Account Control] window appears, allow the operation.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to install Roland DG Connect Hub.
  6. Sign in to Roland DG Connect Hub with the Roland DG Connect ID you have already acquired.
    When a window asking you to allow access to the network appears, allow the operation.
  7. Register to Roland DG Connect Hub the printer to use in VersaWorks.
    If the printer cannot be found automatically, manually specify its IP address to register it.
