Set the access rights on the folder C:\ProgramData\Roland DG VersaWorks.
MEMO: The "C drive" listed above is an example of the local drive (also known as the local disk) on the computer on which VersaWorks was installed. In most cases, VersaWorks is installed on the "C drive" or the "D drive."

Procedure

Log on to Windows with an account with "Administrators" rights.

Right-click the Roland DG VersaWorks folder, and then click Properties.
The Roland DG VersaWorks Properties window appears.

On the Security tab, click Advanced.
The Advanced Security Settings for Roland DG VersaWorks window appears.

On the Permissions tab, click Change Permissions.

Double-click the column for the account with Administrators rights that has been used to log onto Windows.
The Permission Entry for Roland DG VersaWorks window appears.

Under Basic permissions, select the Full control check box.

Click the Close button to close the Permission Entry for Roland DG VersaWorks window.
You are returned to the Advanced Security Settings for Roland DG VersaWorks window.

Click OK to close the Advanced Security Settings for Roland DG VersaWorks window.

Click OK to close the Roland DG VersaWorks Properties window.
