Deleting the Intermediate Files of a Job

This section explains how to delete intermediate files of a job (data that has been processed by the RIP and files whose setting details have been saved).
Procedure
  1. From the job list, select the job whose intermediate files will be deleted.
    To select multiple jobs, perform one of the following operations:
    • While holding down the Shift key, click the first job, and then click the last job.
    • While holding down the Ctrl key, click the jobs one by one.
    • Drag the mouse pointer over multiple jobs.
  2. Click .
    The data processed by the RIP is deleted, and the settings from the Queue Properties window when the data was deleted are applied to the print settings of the job.
