Adjusting Print Head Height to Match Media Thickness

This section explains how to adjust the print head height to match the media thickness. Depending on the model you are using, this setting may be disabled.
Procedure
  1. Click for the queue folder that you want to use.

    The Queue Properties window appears.
  2. Click .
  3. Select Use Custom Settings for Other Controls.
  4. Set the Head Height.
    • Set the height of the print head during printing. Normally do not change this setting.
    • If the printer main unit and the setting are different, a message may be displayed on the printer. In this situation, make the settings the same.
  5. Click OK.
    IMPORTANT You can also configure the same setting in the Job Settings window.
