Viewing the Information of the Connected Printer

View the information of the connected printer.
Procedure
  1. Click the image of the printer to view.
  2. Click Printer - Printer Status.
  3. The Printer Status window appears. You can view the following information (depending on the printer you are using, some items may not be displayed).
    • Model Name
    • Port
    • Firmware Version
    • Status
    • Media Width (width of the printing area on the media currently loaded on the printer)
    • Ink Status
  4. To update the displayed information, click Update.
  5. Click OK.
