Layering the Output of Primer, White Ink, and CMYK Ink
Create a primer plate, a white plate, and a CMYK plate using a single print data. You can add them to the job list, print only the primer plate, and then print the
at the same time so that the white plate and the CMYK plate are printed without any misalignment.-
Creating printing data
When using an application such as Adobe Illustrator to create the printing data, create the data of each color (primer, white ink, and CMYK ink) on its own layer, and then save all the layers as a single piece of data. Order the layers so that spot colors (white and primer) are on top.
