Correction
Automatic correction
Correct the ATC magazine position or the rotary axis position.
Coolant management
Displays the time and days during which milling has been performed since the coolant was replaced.

A message prompting you to supply coolant is displayed here when the coolant tank is empty, such as when the machine is delivered and after the coolant is discarded.

Replacement / Fill
Replaces the coolant/fills the tank with coolant.

If the replacement time for the coolant is exceeded, a message prompting you to replace it is displayed in VPanel.

Disposal
Rinses the coolant lines running through the machine, and then drains the remaining fluid.

Remove the workpiece, milling burs, correction jigs, and other such items attached to the machine before performing this work.

Support
Rinse

To prevent milling waste from adhering to the inside of the machine, a regular flushing operation, which automatically cleans the inside of the machine once every 12 hours from the point the machine is turned on, is performed.

You can also click Rinse to perform flushing on demand.

Check coolant flow
Checks whether the coolant flow rate is appropriate.
Milling bur change test
While the machine is on standby, checks whether the collet can replace the dummy pin it is grasping with a milling bur for use in milling.
Move to packing position
Moves the rotary axis unit, ATC magazine, and spindle unit to the packing position. Remove the workpiece and the correction jig before performing this work.
Emergency tool release
This button is enabled when the machine is turned on while a cover is open. Use this button if the initial operations cannot be performed because, for example, the milling bur is caught on the workpiece.
Forced dummy pin replacement
This function makes the spindle grasp the dummy pin when an error occurs during automatic correction. This button is enabled when operation is required.
