7. Outputting to Multiple Printers Simultaneously

This guide references the following software. The procedures may vary depending on the software used.

  • VersaWorks 6.8.0

Procedure
  1. Click Edit - Preferences.
    The Preferences window appears.
  2. Use Max. # of concurrent RIP processes on the General tab to set the maximum number of printers to connect.
    The maximum value that you can select is the number of printers set in VersaWorks.

  3. Click the Multiple Printer Support tab.
  4. Select the Show Jobs for Selected Printer Only check box.

    Only the job list of the selected printer (where printing data will be sent) is displayed.

    This setting prevents jobs from being added incorrectly to unintended printers with multiple printers connected.

  5. Set Max. # of Concurrent Outputs to the maximum number of printers to connect.

  6. Click OK.
    It is now possible to print simultaneously to multiple printers up to and including the set maximum number of printers.
