Setting the Time before Automatically Returning to Home Screen

When Menu operation in progress. is displayed in the status bar, such as when each setting screen is open, the system will automatically return to the home screen after a set amount of time has elapsed.

If the menu screen is open while printing is possible, printing will not start even if print data is sent to the machine. Close the open menu screen and return to the home screen so that printing can start when data is sent.

Procedure
  1. Tap Panel_Icon_Menu.
  2. Tap Preferences - Time before Automatically Returning to Home Screen.
  3. Tap Panel_Icon_Minus Panel_Icon_Plus to set the Time before Automatically Returning to Home Screen.
  4. Tap Save.
  5. Tap Panel_Icon_Home.
    The home screen appears.
