Print-head carriage | This carriage contains the printer heads that spray the binder and the recoater that prepares the new layer of fixture material. The recoater is also used to level the fixture material surface before printing. | |
Supply pool | This pool holds the amount of fixture material required for printing. The fixture material for the molding pool is replenished from this pool. | |
Molding pool | Binder is sprayed into the fixture material in this pool, and then the mixture is printed. | |
Reuse pool | This pool holds the excess fixture material. | |
Power switch | Turns the machine's power on and off. | |
Emergency stop buttons | When one of these buttons is pressed, the machine stops immediately. | |
Error recovery button | When an error occurs, remove the cause of the error, and then press this button to recover the machine from the error. Press this button immediately after turning the power on to initialize the machine. | |
Display | Shows the window of the control software (3DPrnSysEx) that operates this machine. | |
Keyboard | Used to enter numbers and characters when you are operating the control software (3DPrnSysEx). | |
Maintenance cover | Stores the binder bottle and the discharged fluid bottle. Open this cover when replenishing the binder and when disposing of the accumulated discharged fluid. |
