Performing a Test Operation and Correcting Any Issues That Occur
When all PAM settings are completed, perform a test and verify that there are no problems in the process from order receiving to printing.
Performing the full work flow prior to actual operation may allow you to find issues and problems which you did not notice at the design stage. Therefore, we strongly recommend performing the test operation.
Verification points
- Perform test operation by the persons who will be involved in the actual work.
- Are who, when, and what all clearly identified, and are there no remaining unclear points?
- Are there no questions about the work contents?
- Are you prepared to handle any events which may occur?
- Is there no work that is difficult to perform?
