Performing Printing Tests Arranged Horizontally

When performing printing tests successively, you can select "FEED" (vertical printing) or "SCAN" (horizontal printing) as the print position for the second and later tests in comparison to the first test.
Procedure
  1. Press [MENU].
  2. Press [▼] several times to display the screen shown below.


  3. Press [▶] once, and then press [▲] several times to display the screen shown below.


  4. Press [▶] to display the screen shown below.


  5. Press [▲] or [▼] to select "SCAN".


    TEST PRINT POS Explanation
    "SCAN" The second and later printing tests will be printed side-by-side horizontally. If the area for printing in the scan direction is not sufficient, printing will be performed on the next line.
    "NONE" (Default settings) The second and later printing tests will be printed in the same position of the first printing test.
    "FEED" The second and later printing tests will be printed side-by-side vertically. If the area for printing in the feed direction is not sufficient, printing will be performed in the next column.
  6. Press [ENTER] to confirm your entry.
  7. Press [MENU], then [◀] to go back to the original screen.
