Unable to Add Jobs or Perform Processing by the RIP/Print (Server Certificate Mismatch)

If Untrusted Connection is displayed for the printer status after the printer has been registered or changed, adding jobs or performing RIP processing or printing will not be possible. Perform the following steps in such cases.

Procedure
  1. From the menu bar, click Printer - Printer Settings.
  2. Under Printer List, select the printer that displays Untrusted Connection.
  3. Click Verify.
  4. Click Certificate.
    A window for verifying the server certificate appears.
  5. If there is no problem with the server certificate, click Trust This Printer.
    If This printer is now trusted. is displayed, the server certificate has been successfully registered.
  6. Click OK.
  7. In the Printer Settings window, click Verify.
    If the current printer status is displayed in the [Status] field, the process is complete.
