Is the [Back to Home] check box selected in the printer driver settings?

If the Back to Home check box is selected in the printer driver settings, the next output may overlap with the completed cutting position. Unselect the Back to Home check box.

If the Back to Home check box is always selected when outputting cutting data, the setting will be saved to the driver. The following procedure explains how to change the settings saved to the driver.
Procedure
  1. Open the printer driver properties window.
    • Windows 11:
      1. Click Start - Settings.
      2. Click Bluetooth & devices - Printers & scanners.
      3. Select the machine, and then click Printer properties.
    • Windows 10:
      1. Click Start - Window System - Control Panel.
      2. Click View devices and printers.
      3. Right-click the icon of this machine, and then click Printer properties.
  2. Click the Cutter tab, and then unselect the Back to Home check box.
  3. Click Save To Default.
  4. Click OK.
