The IP address of this machine can be assigned automatically from a DHCP server. If there is a DHCP server on your local network, no network settings are required. After connecting a LAN cable, carry out 3. Downloading and Installing Software on the computer you are using.

However, if there is no DHCP server, if no DHCP server can be found, or if there is a problem on the DHCP server, the IP address will not be automatically assigned. If there is no DHCP server, the IP address cannot be assigned, so carry out Setting a Fixed IP Address.
