检查冷却液的流量

检查冷却液的流量是否合适。

冷却液流量不合适可能会影响加工结果。

备注 如果在夹头保养的一系列作业中已经确认冷却液流量合适，则无需执行本作业。
步骤
  1. 显示VPanel。
  2. 打开Machine settings画面。
    1. 在VPanel的主画面，选择要操作的机器。
      已连接多台机器时，请按照MACHINE STATUS点击操作机器的图像，切换操作对象。
    2. 点击 Icon_VPanel_MachineSetting。

  3. 点击Maintenance选项卡的Check coolant flow。

  4. 点击Next。

    冷却液排出，浸漫仿用棒上。

  5. 请观察冷却液已浸满到仿用棒中间。

    • 冷却液已浸漫到仿用棒中间

      1. 选择The coolant is hitting the middle part of the dummy pin.，点击Next。
      2. 点击Complete。

        完成冷却液流量的检查。

    • 如果冷却液没有浸漫到仿用棒中间

      1. 不选择The coolant is hitting the middle part of the dummy pin.，点击Next。

      2. 确认以下项目后，点击Close。

        冷却液的量必须充足
        给冷却液箱供水
        冷却液管嘴未堵塞
        冷却液管嘴的清洁
        箱体过滤器未堵塞
        冷却液的更换

      3. 请再次从头开始执行本步骤，并检查冷却液的流量。

        补充冷却液、或清洁冷却液管嘴后，冷却液流量依旧不足时，请咨询购买本机的店铺或本公司客服中心。
