Media Loading Error

This message appears when media that cannot be detected, such as transparent media, is set up even though Select Sheet Type has been set to Opaque.

Raise the loading lever, and then select Transparent for Select Sheet Type to match the media being used.

This message appears when opaque media whose width is insufficient is set up.

Raise the loading lever, prepare media that are 259 mm (10.2 in.) or more in width, and then set up the media again.

This message appears when the length of opaque media is insufficient.

The media is not long enough to be detected. Raise the loading lever, prepare media that is 290 mm (11.42 in.) or more in length, and then set up the media again.
