Smoke Absorption and Air Ventilation
Heating in the oven specialized foamed media coated with structural ink generates gas (white smoke). Use a smoke absorber specified by Roland DG Corporation to release to the air this gas that is generated through heating.
Keep the smoke absorber operating while output is in progress.
Also, to maintain the performance of the smoke absorber, perform appropriate maintenance. For information on how to use and maintain the smoke absorber, refer to its user's manual.
In addition to a smoke absorber, install ventilating equipment with sufficient ventilating performance in the location where this machine is installed. Ensure that the indoor air does not remain stagnant for a certain length of time or longer. Also, install this machine in a room that has windows that can be opened and closed manually, that has ventilation and exhaust ports, or is otherwise equipped to allow for ventilation even in the event of power outages or other emergencies that interrupt the supply of power to the equipment.
