Normal Cleaning

MEMO If the media has already been set up, the After cleaning, perform a printing test menu appears. When this is turned on, a printing test is performed after cleaning.
Procedure
  1. Select Head Cleaning - Normal Cleaning.
    Initial_Utility_NormalCleaning
  2. Click Execute.
    Normal Cleaning is executed.
  3. Click Output.
    Printing of the test pattern starts.
  4. Check whether there is dot drop-out or dot displacement in the test pattern.
    • If there is no dot drop-out or dot displacement, click OK and proceed to Step 4: Performing Automatic Correction.
    • If the problem persists, try performing Normal Cleaning again.

      If the problem persists even after performing Normal Cleaning two or three times, perform Medium Cleaning.
