The connection status between the printer and the computer can be checked with the Roland DG BF-16 Driver Basic settings.
If the icon at the bottom left of Basic settings is green, they are connected correctly.If the icon is red, this means that the machine and the computer cannot communicate. Check that the LAN cable is securely inserted and that the LAN cable is not broken.
