Are You Using Media That Is Likely to Reflect Light?

The machine may not be able to read crop marks printed on media that is likely to reflect light or has deep colors. Try Multi Sensor Adjustment (the correction function of the sensor for reading crop marks). If the crop marks still cannot be read, change the media you are using.
