What Is Cutting with Crop Marks?

This is a method in which you print media with marks, remove this media from the printer, perform lamination or other work on the printed media, and then load it again for cutting. During cutting, the machine automatically detects these marks to cut in a manner that matches the already printed positions.

The marks added around the print data are called crop marks and are dedicated for this purpose. Note that crop marks differ from the registration marks for printing that you can add with drawing software and similar applications. The area in which you can print on the media is decreased by the space taken by the crop marks.
