We use the computer program "Roland DG Connect Hub" to record the status and the history of the operation of your product. We will also process the recorded information to visualize the status of use of the product and provide information that will help you use the product comfortably through the mobile app and the web app.

・ Products operation information (usage status, error information, print information, consumables, media information, etc.)

The information acquired to understand the usage environment and the Products information registered in the system connected to this Service will not be considered as personal information unless required by applicable law.

Roland DG Connect Hub always acquires Products information registered with the system.
Information related to use of this Service is acquired when accessing the Web site, when starting and closing the application, and when communicating with the network.
