Printer Monitoring


You can check the operational status of the devices you are using in real time.

In the printer monitoring screen, you can view various information about the devices in a list.
Additionally, links to detailed displays for each device are set up on the printer monitoring screen, allowing you to quickly access the necessary information.



Business Dashboard


You can grasp the detailed printing history and costs of the devices.

You can grasp the cost of media and ink based on the printing history of the devices.
This feature can be helpful in managing business profitability and inventory of ink and media.

*Some devices may not display certain features.



Health Check


You can check the timing for maintenance.

To ensure stable device operation, regular maintenance is necessary.
The health check function uses the maintenance history up to the previous day to provide notifications about the timing for maintenance, displaying the status of each item and the device in a 3-level A, B, C format.

The timing for changing the health check grade, apart from manual cleaning, will be reflected the day after performing maintenance such as parts replacement.



Firmware


You can update the firmware of your devices through Roland DG Connect.

Updating the firmware may potentially improve issues and enhance operational stability.
Firmware displays the current version and the latest version, allowing you to always utilize the most up-to-date version.
