  • Open the View devices and printers screen.

      1. Click Start - All Apps - Windows Tool.
      2. Click Control Panel.
      3. Click View devices and printers.
    • Windows 10
      1. Click Start - Windows System - Control Panel.
      2. Click View devices and printers.
  • Move the left media guide to the left edge.
    1. Push the loading lever () backward.
    2. Move the left media guide () to the left.

  • Display the BN-20D driver's Printing Preferences dialog box.
  • Open the Utility window.

  • Follow the on-screen instructions and enter the value for New Value.
  • Click Apply.
    The value in Current Value changes to the entered value.
  • Click Close.
  • Load the media to be cut.
